Today is National Nurses Day, a time to honor the strength, compassion, and dedication of nurses everywhere—especially those like you working toward a future in the United States.

We’re proud to support your journey. With our new affiliate program and 24/7 self-interviews, it’s now even easier for you and fellow nurses to take the next step. Read below for more information.

💸 Florence Affiliate Program

Earn $10 for every nurse you refer who:

  • Completes their profile and uploads a resume
  • Holds a registered nursing (RN) license from outside the U.S.
  • Attends at least one Florence information webinar
  • Submits a 5-minute self-recorded interview

If the nurse you refer has already passed the NCLEX, you’ll earn a total of $50 (instead of $10) once they complete all the steps.

You don’t need to be a nurse to make referrals. If you have a strong network of RNs, we’d love to partner with you.

Nurses no longer need to schedule first-round interviews—our self-guided interview is available 24/7. Just answer a few short questions about your RN background, and re-record your answers as needed.

To record an interview, go to the upper-right menu in your Florence App and click the “Interview” button. Interviews must be started from that link to be properly recorded in our system.

Successful candidates may be invited to a live interview with HR and receive conditional acceptance. Please note: matching with a hospital partner (internship) is required for final acceptance into our programs.
